We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- Tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing:
Once we receive and evaluate your return, we will process it within 3–5 business days. You’ll either receive a refund or a reshipment depending on your request.
Important Notes:
- We do not provide return shipping labels or postage at this time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, this will not impact the refund, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges or returns.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items & Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Discount Code Purchases:
Items purchased with discount codes can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.
Product Warranty:
