We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
- With tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Shown in photos sent by email when you request the return, along with your order number as proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email hailey@kostudio.co with your order number and photos of the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We do not provide return shipping labels or postage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and take approximately 10–30 business days to process. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post it.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a different size or colour of equal or lesser value, as long as it's in stock. Our gloves and hand wraps are limited runs and are not restocked, so exchanges depend on availability.
Sale Items, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.
- Items purchased with a gift card or store credit cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hailey@kostudio.co right away with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
