Shipping Information

USA and Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and USPS. International orders are shipped through your local postal service. Once processed and dispatched from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 7 to 30 days (excluding processing time). However, this timeframe can vary based on your province/state and seasonal factors. For any delays, please consult your local postal service.

We are currently not shipping to South Africa.

Important Notes:

• Taxes & Duties: We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees charged by your country’s customs.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when checking out. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during and after delivery.
• Order Errors: If you select the wrong size or color, email us immediately. Once the package ships, no changes can be made. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout!
• Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to KoStudio.co as undeliverable, resending it may incur additional shipping fees. If you prefer a refund instead, this will fall under our return process and will incur a $6 handling fee.
• Exchanges & Returns: Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges or returns at this time.

Tracking Information:

Tracking updates will be emailed once your package ships. Please note that updates will begin only after the package arrives in the destination country.
