Purchase an E-Gift Card for your friends or family to use on our website for more cute boxing gear! Monetary values on the gift card are set in USD. The email will appear in your inbox for you to forward to the recipient. Note: our gift card can only be redeemed through our website checkout.
Processing Time
Orders take 1–7 business days to process and ship.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- USA: 7–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary with location, customs, and peak seasons.
Carriers
We ship with USPS for USA orders and Canada Post for Canadian orders. International orders ship with couriers such as PostNL and APC.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide, except to South Africa.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We do not currently offer free or expedited shipping.
Taxes & Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address and order before checking out. If you need to change something, email hailey@kostudio.co as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Delivery is handled by third-party carriers, so for lost, stolen, delayed, or "delivered but not received" packages, please contact the carrier directly. We're happy to help point you to the right carrier contact at hailey@kostudio.co.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, resending it may incur additional shipping fees. Refunds for undeliverable packages follow our Refund & Exchange Policy.
